The hotel is located on Langley Vale Road next to the Epsom Downs. We can be accessed via J9 or J10 of the M25 following the sign posts to Epsom Downs. Follow the brown signs to Epsom Racecourse and you will find the hotel right next door.

Full charges are applicable if cancellation or amendment is received within 10 working days prior to arrival. Full pre-payment is required either via BACS (details available upon request) or via a Credit/Debit Card.
Group Accommodation Cancellation policy:
Booking requires full pre-payment for the entire stay, 6 weeks prior to arrival, either via BACS (details available upon request) Cancellation policy is 6 weeks prior to arrival. The rooming list is to be provided to the hotel 2 weeks prior to arrival.
