The following Code of Conduct applies to all users of MSIP Innovation Hub. All users must comply with, and ensure that their employees, agents, visitors and those for whom they are legally responsible comply with, the terms and conditions set out in this Code of Conduct:Users of the MSIP Innovation Hub must:1. Act in a respectful manner towards other users of the MSIP Innovation Hub and their employees, agents and visitors;2. Only access areas designated for use by you;3. Only use the Innovation Hub for appropriate business use; to support innovation and collaboration. Illegal, immoral, offensive activities and the download of illegal content are not permitted. Direct sales to users of the Innovation Hub are not permitted;4. Use the keycards provided to the MSIP Innovation Hub.  Sharing of these is not permitted;5. Use the Innovation Hub to only carry out safe and non-disruptive activities; any activities which could cause physical damage to MSIP property or have a negative impact on the MSIP brand will not be permitted and may result in legal action;6. Ensure all employees, agents, and visitors are registered according to our policies;7. Respect the intellectual property of other Innovation Hub users. Do not take, copy or use any information or intellectual property belonging to other users, employees, agents or visitors.8. Only bring service animals into the Innovation Hub – no pets allowed, sorry;9. Clear your space of all personal effects and paperwork at the end of each session;10. Report any issues or faults to MSIP via the Helpdesk; 11. Take regular breaks from looking at computer and laptop screens. Take a break and meet other people in the Innovation Hub – it’s good to talk;12. Clean any plates and cutlery used in the kitchen area using the dishwashing equipment provided;13. Store food & drinks in the fridge provided which is regularly checked and cleared each Friday;14. Only heat items in the microwave using microwave-proof containers. 15. Consider other users and avoid food and drinks with strong odours or known allergens, including alcohol. MSIP is an alcohol free campus and is strictly prohibited;16. Notify MSIP when booking if you have an extreme allergy which requires the use of an EpiPen or similar. It shall be your responsibility to have an EpiPen with you at all times;17. Not operate any equipment that has a higher heat output or electrical consumption than in a typical personal office environment, or places excessive strain on electrical, IT, HVAC or structural systems in the MSIP Innovation Hub, with such determination to be made in our sole discretion, without our prior approval;18. Not operate any apparatus so as to interfere with the lawful use of electronic communications apparatus or the provision of wireless data services elsewhere in the MSIP Innovation Hub

The Innovation Hub has been built with its carbon footprint in mind, with a Glulam (glued laminated timber) and CLT (cross laminated timber) structure used in place of a conventional steel construction, saving an estimated 715 tonne of carbon dioxide.
