Start off with smoked ham hock & Mull cheddar croquettes, with Nick's tomato and chilli jam. Or go for the delectable slow braised Ayrshire pork belly. Try the mouth-watering chargrilled rump of Inverurie lamb or peppered Scotch beef fillet strips with thyme roasted potatoes and whisky cream for your main. Finish off the meal with, Nick's soft chocolate cake with cream fraiche and toffee sauce.Or, if you prefer to share, try The Kailyard grand dessert - a selection of Nick's favourite puddings.
