We have hearing loops in our Main Auditorium and fully accessible to wheelchair users throughout the building.

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be given in writing. This Policy refers to LEGACY Room Hire, Equipment and Catering Services provided through Legacy Conference Centre. Cancellation of booked event more than 60 days prior to the event date will incur a charge of 25% of the proposal total for Room Hire, Technical Service, Catering and Equipment that LEGACY has been asked to provide. (If 10% deposit has already been paid the client will result in forfeiting this amount). Cancellation 30-60 days prior to the event date will incur a charge of 50% of the outstanding quoted amount for Room Hire, Technical Service, Catering and Equipment that LEGACY has been asked to provide. (If the 10% deposit has already been paid this will be deducted from the total). Cancellation 7-30 days prior to the event date will incur a charge of 75% of the outstanding quoted amount for Room Hire, Technical Service, Catering and Equipment that LEGACY has been asked to provide. (If the 10% deposit has already been paid this will be deducted from the total).Cancellation 7 days prior to the event date will incur a charge of 100% of the quoted amount for Room Hire, Technical Service, Catering and Equipment that LEGACY has been asked to provide. For bookings which are over more than one day, the above terms regard the ‘event date’ as the first day of the event.For booking which are over more than one day, if the client wishes to terminate a contract before it has been fulfilled, it is at the discretion of LEGACY whether terms of cancellation apply strictly. PLEASE NOTE ALL ROOM BOOKINGS CAN BE MOVED TO ANOTHER DATE IN A COVID LOCKDOWN SITUATION.
