Terms & Conditions

6. Cancellation by the Client

6.1 The Client is advised to take out insurance against any cancellation of a Booking. 

6.2 In the event that the Client needs to cancel a Booking the Client will forfeit any  deposit paid.

6.3 The Client will also have to make the following payments as a percentage of the  anticipated total charges as specified on the Booking Form or amended by a later  correspondence, less any deposits paid or charges made under clause 5 (Please note  that these days are excluding weekends and Bank Holidays):

* Less than 30 days prior to the Event = 100%

* Between 30 and 42 days prior to the Event 50%

* More than 42 days prior to the Event 25%

6.4 The Company shall use reasonable endeavours to re-let the allocated function space or accommodation and in the event of successful re-letting a reduction of the  cancellation charge may be made at the discretion of the Company. 

6.5 Bedroom cancellations:

0-8 rooms – Fully chargeable and non-refundable 14 days in advance. 9-19 rooms - Fully chargeable and non-refundable 21 days in advance. 20-50 - Fully chargeable and non-refundable 28 days in advance.
