Located near the M1 motorway and close to East Midlands Airport, our hotel is the perfect place to stop and have a Derby meeting. We're only a few minutes’ drive from Derby Station as well. You can host a meeting in our naturally lit meeting room, accommodating up to 28 delegates.
Our meeting space includes free Wi-Fi, and AV equipment is available on request to support smooth and professional presentations.

To reach the Holiday Inn Express Derby – Pride Park from the M1, take Junction 25 and follow the A52 (Brian Clough Way) towards Derby. Continue for about six miles, then take the Pride Park turn-off following signs for the railway station. The hotel is located on Pride Parkway, near Derby Train Station and Pride Park Stadium.
Hotel guest parking is charged at a discount of £7 per 24 hours. Please collect a code from reception before paying. Public parking is available - prices start from £14 per 24 hours. Delegates can park for free.
