From the M25 leave at junction 3 (signposted Brands Hatch Race Circuit) onto the A20 to Maidstone. Turn left following signs to the Brands Hatch Paddock entrance. Then follow the signs to Fawkham Green, take the second left and go under the bridge and Brandshatch Place is the second turning on the right.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES MADE BY THE CLIENTi. If the Client needs to cancel the booking, the Client must tell the Hotel by telephone and confirm in writing as soon as possible.ii. If the Client cancels, or reduces facilities or minimum numbers as stated in these Terms & Conditions, the Client must pay the Hotel cancellation chargesas follows:a) Cancellations 181 days or more before Event Start Date - no chargeb) Cancellations 180 - 91 days before Event Start Date - 25%c) Cancellations 90 - 61 days before Event Start Date - 50%d) Cancellations 60 - 31 days before Event Start Date 85%e) Cancellations less than 30 days before Event Start Day - 100%
iii. The Hotel will try to re-hire the event facilities that the Client has cancelled. If the Hotel is able to re-hire these facilities, it will deduct any revenue received from the cancellation charges payable by the Client.iv. Any postponement of confirmed business will be considered as a cancellation.
