1 x main screen, 2 x side screens, 4 x additional drop back screens, lectern, 4 x microphones (2 x lapel & 2 x roving), built in audio and data projection - additional equipment will incur charges.WIFI ,6ft round tables provided as standard. Banqueting chairs with arms, 3 servings of selection of teas, filtered coffee and infused water, served during the day. Morning pastries/muffins/ whole fruit, biscuits, dried fruit and seeds. Mid-morning flapjacks, whole fruit, biscuits, dried fruit and seeds. 3-course standing fork or finger buffet lunch served with a selection of teas, filtered coffee and water. Afternoon cakes, whole fruit, biscuits, dried fruit and seeds.
