Our Premier Lounge is a 1,000 seat column-free conference and banqueting suite with natural daylight and great views over the stadium, we can cater for meetings from 2 to 7,000 delegates. Onsite we have 2 restaurants, a 121 bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Grosvenor Casino, over 2,000 car parking spaces and our own train station. We are perfectly located in the Midlands with 75% of the UK's population within a 2-hour car drive, excellent links to the motorway network being 800 yards from J3 of the M6 and only 20 minutes drive from Birmingham International Airport. Recent investments include a new link to Hall 3, giving event organisers connected access to an additional 1,500sqm of exhibition space offering a total of 7,500sqm.

• Installing over 200 automated meter readers for water, gas and electricity to monitor our consumption.
• Investing in energy reduction through LED Lighting fixtures.
• Created a ‘Switch Off’ mascot to raise environmental awareness amongst staff, tenants and the local community.
Achievements since opening in 2005:
• Reducing carbon footprint by 23%
• Reducing gas consumption by 38,805 M3
• Reducing water consumption by 11.9%.
• With the Doubletree by Hilton on site and working with Hilton Global frame work for CRS we have active programs which include – Lightstay, Hilton Meeting Carbon Footprint, sustainable menus and our new launch Travel with Purpose programs.
We have also pledged the following:
• Reducing carbon emissions by 61% through science-based targets
• Sending zero soap to landfill.
