The impressive function rooms are stylishly presented and can be used for a corporate event or private dining. With current Government guidelines we can host meetings up to 30 people, as we have been accredited by Visit Britain Good To Go for our Covid measures. Private dining for 6 people is available. With ten rooms to choose from including the newly refurbished Courthouse and Cloisters rooms, Coombe Abbey is the ideal meeting venue and hotel to impress potential clients, unveil new developments or train colleagues. DIRECTIONS BY ROAD: FROM THE NORTH M1 Southbound Leave M1 at junction 21 and join the M69 following signs for Coventry and the A46. At the end of the motorway ignore exits for M6 and follow lanes for A46. Coombe Abbey is committed to its social responsibility in the hotel industry and is working to reduce the hotel’s environmental impact. We take our responsibilities seriously and actively evaluate and implement practices where possible to reduce our impact.

Corporate Responsibility

We are an employer required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. This involves carrying out six calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation, it does not involve publishing individual employee’s data.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
