Description

We have a number of double, twin and accessible rooms available. Each room comes equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, an in-room safe, and flatscreen TV. Our on-site restaurant and bar, The Junction, serves food from 6am to 10pm. We also have a spacious meeting room that can accommodate up to 20 guests. Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATIONS:

1.     If the Client wishes to cancel an Event or cancel the reservation of some or all bedrooms reserved, the Client must provide the Hotel a written notice of cancellation. Cancellation shall be effective, final and binding on the Cancellation Date. Any notice of cancellation received out of the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm shall be deemed made on the next Working Day.

 

2.     If the Client cancels a Booking, the Hotel will charge below cancellation fee:

-          Cancelled 3 days before arrival date free of charge

-          Cancelled 48 – 72 Hours 10% of quoted price

-          Cancelled 24 – 48 Hours 75% of quoted price

-          Cancelled up to 24 Hours 100% of quoted price

PAYMENT:

All prices quoted are inclusive of local taxes.The fee is the total of the meeting room hire and services charges quoted at the time of booking, plus any additional services taken during the meeting room hire.The Price, is payable 72 Hours before the event date.

For pre-approved credit accounts payment is due as per standard contract. In the event of a breach of these terms, credit facilities will be revoked.

DAMAGE:

The Client shall be responsible to The Hotel for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings, utensils and equipment therein or to The Hotel generally by any act, default or neglect of the Client or any sub-contractor, employee or guest of the Client and shall pay to The Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
