At Casa Hotel, our mission is to provide a genuine home-from-home experience for those seeking comfort, style and laid-back luxury. We want to provide the best for our guests, but we do not have a win-at-all-costs approach. One of our core values is "responsible" - we are accountable for our actions. As such, we are developing our CSR strategy to ensure we support the industry's sustainability journey and we hope to have this in place by 2025. As a hospitality provider, we are conscious of our impact on the environment and the community and people we interact with and already operate in ways that minimise our negative impact and also enhance our positive impact. With a CHP in place we are reducing our energy waste and energy usage, our fleet are EV, we source much of our ingredients (meat, eggs, vegetables) from our own Walton Lodge Farm and procure goods locally where possible. We invest in our teams (NLW as min, discount cards, private health). We use QR codes to reduce print.
