Health England, the Chief Medical Officer for England or any law or any action taken by the UK government or UK public authority, in each case that
directly affects the operation of the Event.
We will not be liable for a breach of Contract arising due to an event outside of our control, this includes situations where we cannot provide access to the
Function Room, or we have to cancel a Booking or Event due to events such as fires, floods or utility failures or a public health emergency as declared by
Public Health England, the Chief Medical Officer for England or any law or any action taken by the UK government or UK public authority.
