Directions

From the A48 follow Newport Road towards the city centre (past Cardiff Royal Infirmary). At the next set of traffic lights turn left into Fitzallen Street and follow the road round to the next set of traffic lights. Bear right at these lights and then immediately left into the filter lane for Central Link Road. At the roundabout ahead turn right

Conference / event facilities: cancellation in full or part more than 12 months before the booking date will not incur any charges. For cancellations in full or part after this time you will be charged, as a percentage of the cost of the cancelled facilities, in accordance with the scale below. Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
