Description

The Broome Park Estate is a Grade I Listed mansion house and is one the finest examples of stunning architecture. Offering clients the perfect base for meetings, company conferences and corporate away days. Situated only 35 minutes from central London this beautiful resort can be taken fully exclusively allowing total privacy. The resort has 18 suites in the main house and 14 superb two-bedroom wooden lodges in the grounds. If you are planning a company incentive trip the resort offers golf, a holistic retreat, and grounds for multiple activities. After your working day, take some ‘you’ time in our health club, with our fully equipped gym, pool, sauna and steam room.

Our new marquee is to the rear of the building and can accommodate up to 200 guests. 

There is access to electric car charging points 4.9 miles from the hotel on Bourne Park Road, Bridge, Canterbury CT4 5LF

With 250 acres of grounds surrounding the Mansion House and Marquee there are plenty of options for outdoor activities. An 18 hole parkland golf course, driving range, tennis courts and squash courts are all on site. Other activities can be organised on site from team building, archery, shooting and ballooning to name a few.

Directions

From London or the Dartford Crossing follow the A2 to Dover and onto the M2 Dover. When the M2 finishes at junction 7 join the A2 again for Dover. Continue on the A2 until you see the sign for A260 to Folkestone. Take the A260 to Folkestone and pass the crematorium. Broome Park is 300yds past the crematorium on your right on a right hand bend.

Terms & Conditions

Booking
A provisional booking for a function is held for a maximum of fourteen days.
On verbal confirmation during this time another fourteen days is allowed for BROOME PARK HOTEL to receive written confirmation & deposit.
Deposit At the time of booking anticipated numbers attending must be conveyed to the hotel.
A non–refundable deposit of 20% is payable within 14 days to secure the booking.
Payment in full is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
All additional costs incurred on the day must be settled on departure.
Cheques are to be made payable to COUNTRYWIDE HOTELS LTD. No credit facilities are to be allowed for Wedding Functions.
Final Confirmation of Guests Final numbers are required no later than 14 days before the event and should not be less than the minimum numbers agreed on the event
contract.
Any amendments or cancellations after this date are non-refundable. The amount payable by the customer shall be calculated on this final number or on the numbers
attending the function, whichever is the greater.
No deduction can be made after the event should numbers fall lower on the function date.
Cancellations or Amendments In the event of a cancellation, the hotel must be notified in writing.
The company, BROOME PARK HOTEL, will retain the deposit.
If the date cannot be re-let the client will be liable to a cancellation fee chargeable up to a maximum of 100% of the total estimated account. We always recommend that you
take out adequate insurance to cover yourselves against any eventuality. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and return any monies paid should they feel the
reputation of the hotel is in question or any of payment dates have been missed.
Period of Notice & Cancellation Fee More than Nine Months
Deposit Only 9 – 6 months
Deposit + 20% of anticipated revenue 6 – 3 months
Deposit + 50% of anticipated revenue 3 – 2 months
Deposit + 75% of anticipated revenue 2 months or less
Deposit + 100% of anticipated revenue

Carbon Offset Policy

The hotel is a member of Greengage and we have the ability to offer clients a carbon offset charge to cover their carbon footprint while using the hotel.
