UNDER NEW MANAGEMENTThe hotel has two function rooms available for hire for meetings, parties or weddings. We offer free wireless internet access (ask at Reception for access details) and there is an screen and projector included in the room hire.
Photocopying services are available at reception, charges apply. We can provide catering for up to 120 people from either our bar or function menus (minimum numbers apply).
Our basic buffet menu starts at £18.95 per person for finger buffet. Please contact the hotel to discuss your specific requirements. On site parking is available. Parking charges apply- contact the hotel for more information.

The hotel is situated on the A505 off junction 10 of the M11 towards Newmarket and the A11. It is located outside of Whittlesford village itself.
Perfectly situated to major roads and adjacent to Whittlesford Parkway Station giving access to both London and Cambridge
Whittlesford Parkway train station is adjacent to the hotel that has a NCP parking. this is chargeable
1. What is included in the amounts charged for my reservation? All prices charged to you have VAT and other taxes included. We accept most credit cards however please let us know in advance if this is how you would like to pay to authorise payment, our preferred method of payment is via BACS. Total payment should be received no later than 28 days prior to the event start date.
2. Can I change the number of guests attending the meeting or event? As long as you give us adequate notice of any variation to your reservation. Please note however that our cancellation policy will apply. We do need to work on minimum numbers for your event and these will be asked for at the time of booking. It is these minimum numbers that create the charges for your event and final numbers. If increased from the original booking, these numbers should be with us no later than 7 working days prior to the event start date. That helps us get everything right for your event and in time.
3. Can I cancel my reservation?We have set up the following cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made in writing via email or fax, we will only accept cancellation within office hours: 0 – 28 days prior- 100% cancellation charge, 29 + days- free cancellation.
4. Can I cancel my accommodation that is linked to an event? Any rooms that are contracted as part of an event, we have set up the following cancellation policy. Cancellation must be made in writing via email or fax, we will only accept cancellation within office hours: 0– 35 days prior- 100% cancellation charge 36+ days prior- Free Cancellation if advised in writing
5.Can we cancel your reservation even if you have made no change to your reservation? In the unlikely event, we will immediately refund to you any advance payment you have made. We will however only cancel your reservation if any of the following events occurs:a) The hotel is closed due to fire, alteration, re-decoration or by order of a public authority or by any other cause outside our control; b)The hotel is sold to a third party; c) The reputation of the hotel could be damaged by the reservation or the reservation could disturb our other hotel guests; d) The person or entity making the reservation is declared bankrupt or has become insolvent. e) If you are more than 30 days in arrears with payments to the Hotel or the Company for previously supplied services; Once you have been refunded for the cancelled reservation, we will have no further liability regarding your reservation.
6. Can I bring and use my own electrical equipment? As long as the equipment has been fully tested- P.A.T. (portable appliance tested) within the last 12 months.We have a legal obligation to operate a safe working environment for our customers and employees. The hotel does not accept liability for untested equipment being used on hotel premises and the hotel reserves the right to remove untested equipment from use, without notice
