Sustainability

Our initiatives focus on minimising waste, conserving energy and embracing digital solutions. Plastic water bottles are eliminated in favour of large-format dispensers. Reduced HVAC and lighting policies conserve energy during low or no occupancy periods. Digital or reusable signage cuts back on waste, and we also remove single-use items.

Cancellation Policy
For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
