Planning your summer socials? Book your summer event to take place from June to August by the 31st May and we'll include a sparkling wine or bottled beer drinks reception on arrival! We've got brand new barbecue menus, finger and fork buffets, plus tasty street food, as well as new local drinks ranges. Barbecues start from just £27.95 plus VAT per person.
As the academic year comes to a close and the summer vacation period begins, we have access to a range of Aston University's lecture theatres and teaching spaces which are available for you to hire over the summer. Options include flat floor teaching rooms for up to 120, lecture theatres for 80-220, and the Great Hall which can host up to 600 people in a tiered theatre style. Day delegate packages for these spaces start from £35+VAT, while our 24 hour residential packages start from £115+VAT, so if you need to scale up your space for the summer then contact our team to enquire about availability.

For the entire month, our day delegate rate will be starting from just £29+VAT, while any room hire only bookings can enjoy complimentary teas and coffers for delegates, making the time between the bank holidays the perfect one to enable you to get your team in to start planning and meet up before the summer gets started.

Conference Aston also has an environmental policy and Aston University has signed the Green Declaration.
Pencils used in meeting rooms, no cardboard coffee cups, no plastic water bottles in bedrooms, water fountains in all public areas and bedroom corridors, recycling points for various waste streams, waste oil recycled for biofuel, LED lighting in public areas with sensor control; electric charging points.
