Operating as part of a limited company of Aston University, all of the profits made by the venues are reinvested into the university to develop teaching and research forming a key investment into the future growth of UK and International industry through the development of world class graduates.
Conference Aston also has an environmental policy and Aston University has signed the Green Declaration.
Pencils used in meeting rooms, no cardboard coffee cups, no plastic water bottles in bedrooms, water fountains in all public areas and bedroom corridors, recycling points for various waste streams, waste oil recycled for biofuel, LED lighting in public areas with sensor control; electric charging points.
