Barbara's Bier Haus is located in the heart of the UK, on Birminghams bustling Broad Street. The venue can accommodate up to 1200 guests in multiple room layouts, with additional breakout areas too. With 4 dedicated event spaces all offering full built in A/V facilities, we offer competitive day delegate rates covering venue hire, refreshments, lunch, high-speed Wi-Fi, and use of all equipment.Our rooms are extremely verstaile and ideal for meetings, presentations, training sessions, and other social events. We also have our games room providing the best space for team buiilding and competitive socialising too.Our bar menu is perfect for apres-ski light bites such as pizza and pretzels or our in-house buffet menu is available for those larger group orders.

+Please note that 25% of the total booking value must be paid in advance to confirm booking, we can provisionally hold a booking date for 7 working days if requested, depending on the time of year. +We require full payment at least 7 days prior to the event or we reserve the right to cancel. +You will be invoiced upon agreement of booking details and confirmed upon receipt of 25% deposit payment. +Our cancellation policy is 2 weeks prior to the event date; any amendments after this time must still meet the agreed spend/ total cost, please note your 25% deposit is non- refundable at time of booking. +Please note if your wanting to book a date within the next 4 weeks, we require full payment to confirm. +Bar Tabs and pre-ordered items are included in the agreed spend for the hire and must therefore be used on the event date and cannot be refunded or used at another time. +All pre-orders, final numbers as well as any special or dietary requirements must be received 2 weeks prior to your event date, whilst we will use our best endeavours after this cut off time to accommodate any extra guests or special/dietary requirements, we will not be able to guarantee first choice in pre-ordered options. + All prices are inclusive of VAT. +All proposals and pricing are valid for 7 working days. +Please note that the venue cannot take responsibility for any property or valuables left unattended pre, post or during your booking, + A complimentary technical test will be offered prior to your event date should you be using any AV equipment during your hire, please note multiple tests may incur a charge. Please note we do not supply laptops to be used during hires and a compatible device must be supplied by the booker.
