Directions

From M1 Jct 13, follow A421 to Bedford & Cambridge, Use the left lane, take A6 slip road to Luton/Bedford/Elstow/A5141. 1st exit at the roundabout onto A6. Follow the Ampthill Road (A6) into Bedford. At the roundabout, take 1st exit onto Kingsway/A6, follow the road around to the right. Slight left onto St Mary's St. Turn right onto Duck Mill Ln.

We have a bay situated outside the front of the hotel where coaches are able to pick up and/or drop guests off at the hotel. By having this located by the entrance means that guests can walk easily into the hotel making their stay easy and convenient from the start. Our Delegates receive complimentary car-parking as part of our meeting.

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
