Description

Doubletree by Hilton Bath is the perfect venue to host your upcoming event, whether you're looking to arrange a corporate or social event of any size. The hotel can offer one large event room that can be split into two smaller rooms if required and also benefits from an adjoining private bar/breakout area. This large event space can accomodate up to 200 people and is ideally located on the ground floor making it highly accessible to all. Alternatively if you're looking to host a smaller, more intimate private event, the Avon Room is the perfect space for team training days or board meetings of up to 12 poeple. Whatever your requirements, we are confident that one of our dynamic spaces, fully equiped with air-conditioning, natural daylight and built in AV will fit the bill perfectly for your upcoming events.

Directions

Travel to DoubleTree by Hilton Bath in the heart of the Georgian city of Bath. The hotel is approximately a 45-minute drive from Bristol Airport and 2-hours from London Heathrow and 90 minutes by train from central London. UNESCO World Heritage attractions and excellent shopping are a just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. 

Pickup/Drop off

Directly outside the hotel there are 3 disabled car parking space and an area directly outside the hotel to drop off any lugagge or persons before parking the car in any of the city centre car parks.  There is a large NCP car parking located directly underneath the hotel and car parking is chargeable and payable directly in the car park.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
