Oakley Hall Hotel is a magnificent Grade II-listed manor set in 315 acres of country estate. There are 50 luxurious bedrooms and suites including one three bedroom cottage. The 2AA Rosette Glasshouse Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner as well as afternoon tea and Sunday roasts. Our first-class facilities include ample space for team-building activities, 7 flexible meeting spaces, and unbeatable location on the outskirts of Basingstoke within 315 acres of stunning grounds, just 4 miles away from the world renound Bombay Sapphire Distillery!

You'll find us just 6 miles from Basingstoke train station, 40 miles from Heathrow Airport, and a 10-minute drive from Junction 7 of the M3. We have a range of meeting rooms to choose from, capable of hosting between 2 and 400 guests, and offer preferential bed and breakfast rates to business travellers.

Set in 315 acres of mature woodlands and beautiful gardens, Oakley Hall is the perfect setting for summer parties, outdoor activities and teambuilds. The venue has clay pigeon shooting and archery within the grounds and are also able to bring in motor sports and other activities with local events companies.

At Oakley Hall Hotel our aim is to make booking and managing your events as easy as possible. Everything we do is geared to offering you a comprehensive and professional service, allowing you to plan and run your meetings with confidence.



Within the main house, there are 7 flexible elegant rooms, which can hold meetings from 2 to 120 people. The Garden Suite opens directly onto the terrace and into the grounds therefore offering a natural and beautiful breakout area in the summer months.

All Rooms hold their original character and charm and offer ideal space for meetings, training and smaller conferences. All of the rooms have natural daylight, air conditioning and complimentary WIFI.

The Garden Pavilion opens on to the lawns can accommodate up to 400 guests theatre style and is a ideal room for larger events including exhibitions and car launches.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
