Leave the M20 Motorway at Junction 9 and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Ashford/Canterbury. At the next roundabout take the 4th exit signposted Lenham and follow straight over the next roundabout taking the 2nd exit. Terms & Conditions

1. What is included in the amount’s charges for my reservation? How should I pay?

All prices charged to you are VAT and other taxes included. Meeting Room hire alone, however is not vatable. We provide you with a detailed invoice, so that you know exactly for what items you are paying. We accept most credit cards and will either pre-authorise your card or take payment prior to the event. If you wish to make use of our credit facilities, then please contact us 14 days before the date of your meeting or event. Please note, that unless you have been granted credit facilities, overdue amounts shall incur interest from the due date at 1.5% per month.  Our credit terms are payment 7 days after receipt of your invoice. When settling credit accounts if your payment method is a credit card there will be a 2% transactional fee for VISA/MASTERCARD and a 3% transactional fee for AMEX cards applied to the final invoice.

2. Can I change the number of guests attending the meeting or event?

Should your numbers decrease, the cancellation charges will apply as per the schedule. Should your numbers increase, the hotel will endeavour to accommodate you, however, this cannot be guaranteed, and prices may be renegotiated.

3. Can I cancel my reservation?

If I cancel the cancellation charge will be:

Between 24 and 16 weeks prior to event 25% of the amount of the Event booking

Between 16 and 8 weeks prior to event 50% of the amount of the Event booking 

Between 8 and 2 weeks prior to event 75% of the amount of the Event booking 

Less than 2 weeks before the scheduled event 100% of the amount of the Event booking 

Deposit schedule may apply as per contract. All deposits are nonrefundable and transferable only to the contract these terms and conditions refer to.

4. Can we cancel your reservation even if you have made no change to your reservation?

Sometimes we are forced to cancel reservations. In the unlikely event that this should happen, we will immediately refund to you any advanced payment you have made. We will however only cancel your reservation if any of the following events occur:

A. the hotel is closed due to fire, by order of a public authority or by any other cause outside our control

B. the hotel is sold to a third party

C. the reputation of the hotel could be damaged by the reservation or the reservation could disturb our other hotel guests

D. the person or entity making the reservation is declared bankrupt or has become insolvent

Once you have been refunded for the cancelled reservation, we will have no further liability regarding your reservation.

Any further Terms & Conditions will be noted within your proposal agreement.
