There are 5 purpose built Conference rooms, with a capacity of up to 80 delegates, Champneys Springs Health Resort is the ideal venue to hold important meetings away from the office environment. We can tailor make your conference to provide a unique package that is real value for money. Champneys Springs Health Resort is also ideal for hospitality events. Choose a Day or Residential package as the foundation to your event, and from there we can customise it to your own specifications. Within all corporate packages we include use of the luxurious spa facilities. This allows corporate clients the opportunity to relax and unwind and forget about the stresses of the outside world. Springs also has a UEFA approved football pitch, state of the art Gym, and excellent facilities for sports teams.

Beautiful parkland setting within rural Leicestershire countryside, set in 170 acres. Within the grounds are a full standard football pitch with warm up and training area, including ball stop system and dug outs, tennis court and cycle tracks. The grounds may also be used for team building games, activities and events (hired on request)

Cancellation

Any cancellation or postponement must be confirmed in writing to the Sales Executive.  The terms and charges are:

(a)      Cancellations over 3 months prior – no charge.

(b)      2-3 months – 25% of all facilities & services booked

(c)      1-2 months – 50%

(d)      Less than 1 month but more than 14 days – 75%

(e)      Less than 14 days  – 100%
