Royal Berkshire, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a 18th century Queen Anne Mansion located on the outskirts of Ascot, offering relaxed stays and dining as well as modern meeting and event spaces. The location is a short distance from all the major routes into London, Heathrow airport, road and rail networks. Embracing the unique characteristics of our 15 acre landscaped grounds and traditional country house built by the Churchill family, with 66 bedrooms. Our Queen Anne Mansion is situated in 15 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds with tinkling fountains and plenty of space for outdoor activities including a croquet lawn, tennis courts, facilities for a game of footie or for shooting hoops. The grounds also has giant garden games including Frisbee golf, giant chess or snakes and ladders!

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
