Description

Located on Union Terrace, just a short walk or three-minute taxi ride from Aberdeen station, Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian provides an ideal venue for business meetings and events.Our largest function room, the Terrace Suite, seats up to 75 delegates theatre-style, making it suitable for larger meetings and banqueting: with its original chandeliers and private bar, it’s also one of Aberdeen’s most unique meeting venues. We have three further meeting rooms suitable for board and team meetings, training sessions, presentations, interviews and private dining.

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
