OUR FACILITIES Macdonald Norwood Hall Hotel is an ideal AA 4 star venue for your business meeting or conference. Set in peaceful countryside, just 10 minutes drive from Aberdeen city centre, our hotel provides a relaxing and comfortable retreat from the stresses and strains of the office. Not only do our excellent facilities offer you a range of technologies along with uncompromised luxury; nature features heavily too. There are 11 stunning function rooms available for business events and gala celebrations, with free delegate parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and conference centre. Our stunning Pitofodels Suite has space for up to 300 delegates. Floor to ceiling windows and patio doors bring nature inside, while the private arrival foyer adds an extra dimension to the space. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Agreement that apply to a booking made and without prejudice to the payments to be made at the time required in relation to that booking if at the dates booked any law or Government order as presently applies prohibits the hotel Premises from opening and guests travelling to the Premises (“COVID Restrictions”) then the booking shall be automatically suspended until such time as the COVID Restrictions are lifted and you shall be entitled to rearrange like for like dates with us at the same cost (except that certain dates may incur an additional cost i.e. non peak to peak time) and provided such dates occur within 6 months of the lifting of the COVID Restrictions”.
