Driving - From the North/South via AWPR(A90): Follow signs for Aberdeen Airport. Exit A90 and join A96 on Craibstone Roundabout, following signs for AECC and TECA. Take 2nd left into Gough Burn Road, then 1st Left into East Burn Road. Follow signage for Hilton Hotel Car Park

Hilton Aberdeen TECA has a designated 'pick up' and 'drop off' bay directly outside the front/main entrance of the hotel with maximum wait time of 10 minutes per vehicle.
Unless pre-authorised credit facilities have been agreed with the Hotel or Hilton, a Credit/Debit card is required to secure the booking. The final balance must be paid in full at least 14 days by BACS or PAYMENT LINK before the scheduled event date. Failure by the Client to pay either sum in full by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking in question and may, at the Hotel’s or Hilton’s discretion, result in the cancellation of all other bookings at any other Hotel.
Cancellations by the Client must be sent in writing and will result in the charges below becoming due. In each case the percentage change is based on the advance notice of cancellation given and applies to the estimated total cost of the Booking: Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
