To get to Maldron Hotel Oranmore Galway from Dublin simply follow the M4 and M6 before taking the N18 exit at junction 19, the hotel is just 3 minutes away on the right,just after the Sweeney Oil petrol station. From Limerick or Shannon follow the N19 and and M18 until junction 19, the hotel is 3 minutes away on the right.

Meeting Rooms:

•Any cancellations made less than 7 day prior to the event will result in charge. It is important to note that we require credit card details and pre-payment for last-minute bookings. This ensures that our clients are committed to their reservations. If you need to cancel an event, please make sure to do so within the 7 day timeframe to avoid any charges. 

•Maldron Hotel Oranmore Galway reserves the right at all times to alter or change the function space to be provided to the client, where such alteration or change does not materially and adversely affect the function. •Maldron Hotel Oranmore Galway cannot be responsible for service to a number in excess of 10% above the guaranteed number. •Catering numbers are to be confirmed 5 days in advance of the meeting by the client. If numbers are different on the day of the meeting or event, you will be charged for the agreed numbers as per your contract.

•All meeting space, bedrooms and/or events must be secured with valid credit card details, unless credit facilities have been preapproved with the accounts department (Please advise if you would like to avail of credit facilities at the Hotel and we will issue a credit application form. Please note credit facilities will only be granted once satisfactory credit references have been received. The process can take up to 15 working days to put in place and only applies to companies that will be doing over 30 bookings per year) •We must receive the full amount owed as set out in the contract. Any fees charged by a bank, e.g. conversation fees, are to be covered by the event bookers.

•In the event that there is an amount owed on your account after your meeting or event, we reserve the right to charge the card details given at time of booking.

•We do not accept cheque as payment as our bank account does not have the facility of depositing cheques. •All rates are inclusive of V.A.T at the current rate. Rates will be amended in line with V.A.T changes.

•Please advise if you would like to avail of credit facilities at the Hotel and we will issue a credit application form. Please note credit facilities will only be granted once satisfactory credit references have been received. The process can take up to 15 working days to put in place.

•Please note that every Thursday at 12pm our fire alarm bells are tested for approximately 1 minute. There is no need to evacuate, but please be aware that some minor disruption might occur.

Cancellation Policy

For Instant Book, a Moderate Cancellation Policy offers the following:
  • Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund.
  • If cancellation occurs between 14 – 8 days before the event, a 50% refund is given.
  • No refund and full charges apply if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
