Smithwick’s Atlantic Blonde is a 4.1% Irish blonde ale. Brewed with Polaris hops to create a delicate
refreshing tasting ale with a subtle fruity/floral aroma. Malt and a touch of roasted barley combine to
give it a light golden colour. It has subtle malty biscuit flavours and a crisp finish.
Smithwick’s Pale Ale (500ml 4.5% abv) €6.50 per bottle
Smithwick’s Pale Ale is late hopped with Amarillo hops for a fuller, fruitier flavour. Amarillo hops are
grown on the Pacific coast of Northwest America. They are amazingly aromatic and produce great
grassy/piney flavours.
Howling Gale Irish Pale Ale (330ml 5% abv) €6.00 per bottle
Like blitzing down the Ballyhouras on your bike with an icy wind in your face, this delivers a refreshing
crisp smack around the gills. It pours a pale golden colour and the malty sweetness is well balanced
by the American Chinook, Amarillo and Centennial hops. Howling Gale has a pleasant grapefruit and
citrus aroma and goes well with fish, chicken or anything off the barbeque.
Barefoot Bohemian Pilsner Lager (330ml 4% abv) €6.00 per bottle
Bohemians are creative dreamers who defy convention. Our Bohemian Pilsner is just that, an
unorthodox lager with complex biscuity malt, soft rounded bitterness and a twist of spice from the
noble Saaz and Hallertau hops. This crisp and adventurous drop is perfect for a chilled out summer
session …. bliss.
Originally our summer seasonal beer, it has been added to our core range due to its immense
popularity - some would also argue that we are still waiting for our summer.

Sunburnt Irish Red Ale (330ml 5% abv) €6.00 per bottle
Like an Irishman on holiday in the Canaries, this beer has a red tint and a chilled out, mellow feel.
Sunburnt Irish Red takes the characteristic sweet caramel malt and burnt barley of an Irish red ale
and adds additional malt complexity by using six different malts. The malt body is counterbalanced
with Australian and New Zealand hops, adding a modern twist to the traditional style.
