Conferencing equipment includes laptop LCD projectors, flip charts, speakers, and air conditioners. The flip charts and white boards are top notch as they are designed for conferencing rooms. All rooms have both a wired high speed internet connection as well as wi-fi access. Moreover, the hotel has a wireless voice network. This means that our Conferencing Coordinator is just an internal call away so when you need help, we will be there in a few seconds! Also, our LCD projectors are connected to a UPS to ensure conference delegates are not interrupted during a power cut (prior to the generator kicking in)
