| Midweek Day Delegate | From €89.00 (Inc Tax) | Meetings and Events Collection InterContinental Athens Exclusive Day Delegate Package at €89 per person per full day (09.00- 18.00hrs) inclusive of: Step 1: Base Package · Meeting room hire for the main meeting room · Mineral water & soft drinks in the main meeting room throughout the meeting · 2 coffee breaks – including coffee, tea & soft drinks and cookies · 1 lunch in main restaurant including mineral and soft drinks (3 course menu; if min 30 guests, buffet menu will apply) · Complimentary bedrooms (see below in terms and conditions) · Upgrade to a Suite for the person of your choice (groups of 50 rooms and over) · Complimentary drinks reception (see below in terms and conditions) · Complimentary internet access (see below in terms and conditions) Half Day Delegate Package: A 10% discount will be granted on the above package rate; Half-day package includes one coffee break instead of two, while the rest remain the same as mentioned above Step 2: Options (Choose 2 of the following 4) · Free office space · 1 in 10 attendees goes free (1 package per 10 paid will be offered complimentary) · Complimentary airport transfer to hotel for the person of your choice · Complimentary Club InterContinental Access for the person per your choice Step 3: IHG BUSINESS REWARDS · Join IHG Business Rewards and earn rewards by booking on behalf of others · Earn 3 points per 1 USD Special Terms & Conditions: · 1 complimentary bedroom for every 50 paid bedrooms per night is granted up to maximum of 4 bedrooms per night if rooms are blocked on a master bill (the 51st if offered free) · Free Wi-Fi for all delegates participating in the meeting on the particular day(s) for the duration of the meeting throughout the hotel (Guestrooms: 1 Mbps per delegate, Meeting rooms: 2 Mbps shared up to 50 delegates, 5 Mbps shared up to 200 delegates, 10 Mbps shared as of 200 delegates and over) · 1 drinks reception for delegates only wine, beer and soft drinks selected by hotel.
