As a busy venue finding company speed of turnaround is key for us, and that’s why we use both click4venues and GRATIS, both provided by The Venue Directory. We have known Michael Begley, the companies Commercial Director, for some time and when he told us we could have the same booking tool that he used when he was at VRG (Venue Resource Group) we were immediately interested. When he said this was now connected to The Venue Directory and that The Venue Directory would maintain all the venue data we knew this was what we were looking for.

 

Our business has grown rapidly over the last 4 years and we have a loyal following of clients who use us for our expertise and because we promise to have a reply to them in 4 hours. To achieve this we need a great team of people who are supported by good quality systems, and that’s what we have with the Venue Team. We tend to book the UK mainly and with over 7000 venues to keep up to speed with, the Venue Directory has given us a significant resource that we did not have before.

 

The other key factor is that we have loads of venues that come to our offices each week and we can show them how they are represented to our clients when we use GRATIS, The Venue Directory booking tool, and if they want to make it look better, they can login and update the information themselves. I know that quite a few companies now use GRATIS and this is great for us as well, because the more people that use and update The Venue Directory, the better the information will be for all of us.
